The hut is located in the Urho Kekkonen National Park in Nuortti Hiking Trail. The road to the starting points of the route is not plowed in winter. Kärekeoja's wading wire is only installed in the summer season. Make it sure from the website of National Park before heading out on the hike.
Key for the hut is in a coded key box located outside at the hut door. You will receive further instructions and the code when booking.
